I know in the taichi I can find the asrock fan tuning software in the utilities, but where do I control the fans on this board?

Currently using 3.0 Bios.

I know this llc feature is missing, which is bad enough for an x370, but there is no fan control!?!?
Is "God" able, but not willing to stop evil? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God???
