I just had a quick question about my LED strip that i recently purchased on eBay. I have the Asrock ab350m Pro4 Motherboard. When I connect the light strip to the AMD RBG header on the top right side of the motherboard, the lights appear to be working normally. But once I began to mess around with the colors on the Asrock RBGLED drivers, I noticed something was wrong. The blue LEDs on my light strip were always on. The means that I can't get any true colors other than blue, purple and turquoise. I was wondering if there was something wrong with the light strip itself (I am not able to test this as I do not have the box/remote that normally comes along with these kits.) or if it's something wrong with the motherboard itself.

If it is something that is wrong with the motherboard, I was wondering if there are any solutions. My setup is a blue theme at the moment so it isn't THAT big of a deal, it's just annoying that I don't have the option to change my theme down the road. If someone could get back to me that would be great!

(And yes, I have tried to use both connectors that say fan and amd rgb headers) Both connectors have the same problem as one another. The blue lights are always on. So is there something that I need to do in terms of BIOS or mechanically?

I got a remote and control box and the lights on my strip are all working properly, so it is definitely a problem with the motherboard. I have not found a solution other than to just buy the remote and power box.
