Hi,
Every time my system (AB350 Pro4) is under high load, it crashes in a couple of hours in Win10 OS.
I have four sticks of Crucial CT8G4DFD824A.C16FBR2
I do know that my memory is not under your Crucial QVL memory list, but if you could please let me know if you have had any issue with this specific module of memory?
Thanks

Dear Scy,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

There are some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please refer to the user manual to clear CMOS.(Page 25)

2. Please only install one stick memory on each slot and check if the system will crash.

3. Do not connect unnecessary devices such as USB devices, ODD or others.
Only install CPU, RAM and VGA to boot into OS and check.
If the symptom not exists, please install other devices back to check if it relates to specific device.

4. Please check if the CPU temperature is in normal range.

5. Please run mem-test for each DIMM and 2DIMMs and 4DIMMs.

6. If possible, please re-install OS for verifying.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD
