I have built the PC (Fatal1ty X370 Gaming-ITX/ac) before 2 days but have repeating problem with graphics card RX Vega 56 loosing power when not under heavy load.
When I play games and the system is under heavy load, the PC works fine. Although, occasionally, even when it is idle, the monitor loses signal, goes black, and all the GPU LEDs turn off on the graphics card. The Win10 does not respond to keystrokes, although background music continues to play. It also occurred when I plugged USB cable to charge my phone. But it also happened even when the PC was idle without me touching it. I plan to try a different PSU, but I wonder whether there may not be a problem with both Intel 600P 256GB M.2 drive and RX Vega 56 installed. When it happens, all fans in the PC are still turning. Please help me. |

Dear drafura, Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. There are some suggestions for verifying: 1. Please refer to the user manual to clear CMOS.(Page 27) 2. The recommended power supply is 650W. 3. Please re-install the latest AMD driver for this card. 4. If possible, please change another VGA card for verifying if it only occurs on this card. 5. If possible, please install this card on different system to check the result. 6. If possible, please change another monitor to verify. Sapphire Radeon RX Vega 56 specification: Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |
