   So it looks like a motherboard problem?
Running out of other options.  I can check the power supply outputs tomorrow.  Got the motherboard at Newegg so I have until the end of the month to get this issue resolved.

	Well after spending time trying to isolate everything I could I ended up contacting ASROCK tech support. Gave them details on components and such. They had me remove all components except for memory, CPU, and video and remove the motherboard from the case and see if it would post. When that did not work they told me that it was a motherboard problem and sent me an RMA. I shipped the board to them and about a week later got a replacement board. Put the CPU, memory, video board, and it posted without a problem. It has been working smoothly since then. Good luck!
