Hello guys

I have an issue. The problem is my power supply DOES work I even bought another power supply. Both works. I have a AB350M Pro4 which is https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/AB350M%20Pro4/index.us.asp#Support bought it from https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157762&cm_re=asrock_ab350m-_-13-157-762-_-Product
My motherboard bios is updated 450. I'm running two 8 gig stick of pc4-2800 MRA4U280HHHH8GX2 by muskin. I did went through 2 different brand ram because mem86test was telling me mem error. But was running xmp. This muskin i am not using xmp and there no mem issue. Even on xmp profile no mem issue from Memtest86. My Nvidia gtx 950 was working with inserting the ram from muskin but a day or two my graphics ended p being currupted when in bios and when am logged to any operating system. I have created rma  for my video card. While I've been waiting. Two video card I bought. One was ati hd4870 and other is HD4850. The hd4870 was freezing up during the games. The hd 4850 doesn't freeze at all. But does run hot for some reason. Yesturday I gotten back my Nvidia 950 and does not post at all. That's including the both Power supply. SO I guess I have to rule out Power Supply, Ram, all hard drive and ssd. Because I test it without those ssd dvd drive and hard drive. I have left the motherboard and cpu. Maybe rule out cpu and most likely blame the motherboard?????

i wouldnt be so sure about memtest...
i can go 3333mhz with passing memtest, but in windows it bsod at startup (even that bsod isnt showing proeprly...how unstable that is xD)
corrupted screen in bios usualy means bad ram settings
ram issues also means issues with sleep mode
but sometimes it can happen when u switch hardware and dint reset your bios settings (cmos)

freezes in games can mean anything...can be bad drivers (its amd gpu afterall, nothing weird xD) but usualy its psu fault (i had few ati cards, and they needed much more amperage on 12v on single card then sli from nvidia... too many black sreens, driver resets, game freezes)
u do mention to have 2 power supply units, but didnt mention which ones

I reset my bios even went back to other version. I tested with xmp profile and without same issue when I go back to installing Nvidia geforce 950. I even remove all my devices, tried using the other full size pci e slot. I have Evga Super Nova 750 Bi and Corsair cx650m. People been having issue with the motherboard I have.

It works on another computer. We test that today. That why I rule out. Another thing to note is my pc is working with my old ati. But when I power up it reboot automatically then it start fine.
