Hi, my rgb header on my AB350M Pro4 isn't working.
I can't control the color and it just stuck on white. I went into bios to see if i could turn the leds off, sadly that didn't work Please help, Thanks. |

Dear Wiic369, Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying: 1. Please enter the BIOS setup and load BIOS default via [F9] key to verify. 2. Make sure the LED strip is installed in correct orientation. 3. Uninstall the RGB LED utility from control panel>program and reinstall it to verify. 4. If possible, please install the LED strip to other RGB systems to verify if the color is adjustable. 5. If possible, please install other LED strips to verify. Thanks!
