Maybe the issues are the same, but every board has a different BIOS, and it could be confusing looking for a BIOS version that doea not exist!

At worst, if you do manage to start a BIOS update that is not for your board you will probably brick your board.
Anyway, is 4.6 the latest version for your MB ? If so, is there a later BETA BIOS at the bottom of the list? If so, try that.
Do a CMOS clear  before updating, just good practice to do so.
