I had a windows 10 installation working on an X370 SLI motherboard. I updated the bios using usb stick and instant flash to version 4.5. After the update, I pressed the 'enter' key to restart. The computer never gets past the BIOS post screen. The ASRock logo is on the screen and the options are listed in the bottom right corner but none of the keystrokes work. The logo stays and won't boot to Windows anymore. I have removed video card (to go back to just on board vga). I have cleared CMOS a few times. I have allowed it to sit for an hour...still stays on the BIOS post screen. I can press ctrl-alt-delete and the computer will cycle. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
Is there a way to downgrade the bios? I don't need to use the latest version. Version 3.5 was working just fine. But if I can't get into the bios setup...how will I flash the bios? |

Being less than 30 days, return or exchange it from the reseller.
