Hi.

I bought an AB350 GAMING-ITX motherboard on Newegg on March 25 to use it with a Ryzen 2200g APU.
Unfortunately it came with BIOS P3.50 which doesn't support the APU.

I read that some reviewers at Newegg were offered an updated BIOS chip, so I contacted ASRock to ask for one and they told me it was to be sent on April 12. It's been 3 weeks now and haven't received the chip yet.

I tried contacting ASRock via email some days ago but haven't got any reply yet, so I'm trying my luck here to see if someone pertinent sees this.

Or if someone has a contact that I can ask for help, would be much appreciated.

This is a user group that is not often read by ASRock staff. Your best bet is to use the contact form here: https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp
