I saw that beeps codes table... even tried to change memory places, use just one memory and use another memory, but nothing worked.
Here in Brazil we dont have support with AsRock itself, but with the store we purchase from.
So, I`m trying to contact them... lets see how it develops... Thanks for the help guys...

1 Long followed by 3 Short is(was?) a memory issue.

Never ever power down a flash gone oblong until you have exhausted ALL options.

You may need to RMA the board at this point.

It's the most recent Google could find. Would you care to link the newer one?

that faq is from 2011...

current AMI efi is on aptio V which is dated 2015

anyway

1 beep : memory not inserted
3 beeps : Typically for development use.  The beep code is generated when DXEIPL PPI or DXE Core is not found.

sooo umm gl with RMA

Did you set the BIOS settings to default before you flashed the BIOS?

I Googled "ASRock POST beep codes" and got this: https://www.asrock.com/support/faq.asp?id=286

So possibly a memory problem. Were you overclocking to achieve its rated 3200 MHz?

Hi guys. Today I received my Ryzen 5 2600.
I changed my old R5 1600 to the 2600 and booted the system. All went fine. I was at the 4.5 BIOS and all was fine.
Since I like to keep my system up to date I updated it for the 4.6.
I put the file on a flash drive, started the system pressing F6 and started on the flash screen. After selecting the 4.6 file all went well as always. At the end the system said that the flash was finished and I had to reboot.
After the reboot I keep waiting for several minutes. Since it was lunch time I go for lunch and when I came back... Nothing.
I turned the pc off and tried to turn on again... Nothing. No video. I then put a speaker on the board and the code it says is:
One beep, then wait, then 3 more beeps. And nothing else...
I already tried to remove the rams and video card, changed to others... Put just one ram in both slots... Tried to reset the CMOS just with the jumper, then with the battery and jumper...
Nothing.
Besides the Ryzen 2600 I'm using 2 sticks of ram Vengeance LPX 8Gb each at 3200MHz and a GTX 1060.

Anyone could help me?
