Hi everyone have a bit of a problem with my system not sure if its hardware or software dramas.

Recently my pc locked up and had to be shut down manually since then i have had the error : usb xhci compliant host controller code 10.

So this pretty much makes all my 3.0 usb ports non working i can use my 3.1 and ps2 port. I have done 4 fresh installs on two seperate hdds i have also cleared the bios and updated it to no luck. None of my usb3.0 ports work im bios.

I also installed linux to see if the ports would work to no avail. I have updated drivers and also a sfc scannow and no fix. Are my ports stuffed?

Getting really frustrated cause i don't wanna buy a new board since this board is 5 months old and it is my first asrock product and i was loving it before this drama happened.

Sorry for the long post new member.

Any help would be appreciated.
