- When USB crashes, external drive stops transfer and disappear on disks list (Tried with 4 different external drive.). And also sometimes when USB external drives disappear, mouse and keyboard also shut down (connected to USB 2.0 on back panel)
- Sometimes the system is frozen espsecially with keyboard and mouse. - I tried wtih AMD all in one driver with default Asrock Driver DVD and also I downloaded last version of mentioned driver from Asrock official website. Both scenario, same result. Yesterday I formatted Windows 10 Home 64 with a fresh setup. But the result is the same. USB ports can not transfer large files (2~27 GB). So Today I sent it to the seller in our country (Turkey) and waiting result.

What exactly happens when the USB "crashes"?
Does the system remain responsive or is it frozen? Have you installed the AMD all in one driver package from your product page? The ports should not be dropping out or freezing if all the drivers are installed correctly. If you have not already, try clearing CMOS. |

Hi everyone,
First of all, specs of my new system: Motherboard: Asrock Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming-ITX/AC (Bios 4.50 @Default Settings) Processor: AMD Athlon 950 AM4 Ram: Kingston 16 GB DD4 Fury 2400 Mhz (Single) GPU: Asus Nvidia 1050 Ti Phoenix 4Gb 128 Bit (Driver 398.11) SSD: Samsung Evo 860 500Gb (Partition: MBR - NTFS) PSU: Silverstone Strider Plus 700W Chase: Corsair Obsidian 250D OS: Windows 10 Home 64 Bit (All updates included) Above mentioned system is my new gaming pc. But I have huge problems with USB controller. Keyboard and mouse crashes oftenly (USB 2.0), front USB 3.0 crashes all the time. For example, when I want to transfer a movie file on my external WD drive (4~20 Gb file size), transfer starts but after a while in the middle of transfer it stops to transfer and system cancel all USB ports. I tried it on 4 different external hard drive and result is the same. USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 doesn't metter, it crashes all the time. I tried same scenario on my Lenovo Ideapad 510 laptop but all transfers comlete perfectly. So could you please help me, what can cause above mentioned problem? I'm near of destroy my computer. Thanks in advance...
