H170M Pro4 + EVO 850 250Gb M.2 not working ?

   Hi,
I have just build the following computer :
ASRock H170M Pro4, UEFI firmware v1.00
Intel i7 6700 (Skylake)
Kingston HyperX Savage 2 x 8 Gb (CL13)
Samsung EVO 850 250 Gb M.2 (to be used for booting)
Samsung EVO 850 500 Gb SATA (on SATA #2)
Western Digital Blue 1 Tb SATA (on SATA #4)
Asus BD/DVDR Drive SATA (on SATA #5)
I did not plug anything into SATA ports #0 & #1 to be able to use M.2 and other drives.

Everything seems to be fine expect:
 The M.2 Drive does not show up at all in UEFI setup (storage) or UEFI Boot menu. I have seen it showing up a couple of times though, without changing anything but checking whether it was well fastened (lightly moved it between boots). I do not know what the problem is. Broken device, broken MB, UEFI firmware issues ? Any advice or ideas ?
Sometimes (it occured a couple of times in ten boots maybe), there was a big delay (20-30 sec ?) between the first UEFI screen and the boot error message (I have no OS installed for now).
I will try tonight to update the UEFI to 1.50 but I do not expect it to work since this post seems to describe the same kind of issue with lastest UEFI Firmware (different MB ?) : http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=945&title=m2-drive-not-showing-up

Can someone help me to solve this, please ?
