https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/X570 Steel Legend/index.asp#BIOS > We do not recommend users to update the BIOS if their system is already running normally. I didn't understand the meaning of the "normally"... As a result, yesterday CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT occurred many times. (I wasted a day. )
Then it was fixed below. BIOS update from 1.60 to 1.70(BIOS up) // but not resolved. and 1.10 (BIOS down) // resolved.
[My Environment] ----------- MB: X570 Steel Legend CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X MEMORY: G.Skill Trident Z RGB F4-3200C16D-16GTZR GPU: Radeon RX 560 Series -----------

Not only the version upgrade, but also the lack of awareness of version down was the cause of the loss.

I updated from 1.60 to 1.70, everything works great and no crash or errors.

This problem also occurs during a clean installation of Windows 10, so there is no workaround for any settings on Windows.
