I have an ASRock AB350 Pro4 on BIOS version 5.4 running Windows 10.

My Corsair USB keyboard does not wake from sleep. When I put Windows to sleep mode, everything turns off, but the keyboard is unresponsive and can't wake the system. My mouse can wake the system as can the hard button on the case, but the keyboard is dead. The only remedy is to wait until the computer wakes from sleep then unplug then re-plug the keyboard.

After the system is awake again, everything works fine except the keyboard. The keyboard is still unresponsive and all the key lights are off, but the Num Lock light is on, and the usb connection is lit meaning the connection is on.

Other brand keyboards work fine, and this problem with the Corsair does not happen on other computers with different motherboards. It only happens with the ASRock.

Corsair says the keyboard "is not properly disengaged when going to sleep". They seem to be blaming the motherboard or settings.

Any idea what's going on here?

Did you check the keyboard in the device manager?
There should be a tab for energy control with a wakeup option.

You could try another USB port and/or check the windows events for USB device or general failure entries.

Done and done. No good.

But I do appreciate these suggestions!

Just an idea:
I use a PS/2 keyboard and have to enable that in the bios
Advanced\ACPI Configuration\PS/2 Keyboard Wakeup Support <Any Key>

Maybe you could check this and set it to disabled, if on!

Or use an USB to PS/2 adaptor...
