Subject: ASRock APP Shop No Longer Starts

Hello. I haven't run the APP Shop program to check for updates in quite a while. Today I tried to run it and nothing happens. I get the User Account Control question to allow the program to run, and when select "YES", nothing happens. Same result running as administrator. Same result if I remove it then reinstall it (the current 1.0.41 version from this site).

Z720 Extreme4
Windows 10 64 bit (up-to-date)

Regarding your question, could you kindly check the Win10 version for your system?

Is it 1903,1909, etc?

It's really unbeleviable for me that official ASRock support can't check how their own app works.

1. Check the logs (Type %ProgramData%\ASRock in Explorer's address bar, enter 902... subfolder, open AsrAPPShop.log)
2. 99% you'll find the followinf string:
AsrAPPShop date time: Not support this model


To recognize model and fetch neccessary info AppShop requires from "http://www.asrockchina.com.cn/downloadsite/setup/Browser.xml" Browser.xml file.
If you open it, you'll reveal that your motherboard model is absent there.

Why has ASRock removed Z720 Extreme4 and my Z68 Fatal1ty Gen3 from Browser.xml???
