Hi! It's really unbeleviable for me that official ASRock support can't check how their own app works. 1. Check the logs (Type %ProgramData%\ASRock in Explorer's address bar, enter 902... subfolder, open AsrAPPShop.log) 2. 99% you'll find the followinf string:
To recognize model and fetch neccessary info AppShop requires from "http://www.asrockchina.com.cn/downloadsite/setup/Browser.xml" Browser.xml file. If you open it, you'll reveal that your motherboard model is absent there.
Why has ASRock removed Z720 Extreme4 and my Z68 Fatal1ty Gen3 from Browser.xml??? |

Hello. I haven't run the APP Shop program to check for updates in quite a while. Today I tried to run it and nothing happens. I get the User Account Control question to allow the program to run, and when select "YES", nothing happens. Same result running as administrator. Same result if I remove it then reinstall it (the current 1.0.41 version from this site).
