Hi guys, I've buyed a ASRock Phantom Gaming X and a CPU AMD Ryzen 9 3900X. Both are brand new. After to install everything the computer doesn't start, and the BIOS code that I get is 00. I've tried to re-install a couple of times the CPU, and I've tried with another CPU AMD Ryzen 3 3100, but the same happen. I suspect that the BIOS of my motherboard doesn't support Ryzen 3000 series, and I would like to update it, but first I would like to know my current version. So, the question is: How to get my BIOS version if my computer doesn't start? Thanks in advance! |

There should be a little white sticker on the physical BIOS chip on your motherboard, it will have the BIOS version printed on it. -------------
