Hi guys,

I've buyed a ASRock Phantom Gaming X and a CPU AMD Ryzen 9 3900X.

Both are brand new.

After to install everything the computer doesn't start, and the BIOS code that I get is 00.

I've tried to re-install a couple of times the CPU, and I've tried with another CPU AMD Ryzen 3 3100, but the same happen.

I suspect that the BIOS of my motherboard doesn't support Ryzen 3000 series, and I would like to update it, but first I would like to know my current version.

So, the question is:

How to get my BIOS version if my computer doesn't start?

Thanks in advance!

There should be a little white sticker on the physical BIOS chip on your motherboard,
it will have the BIOS version printed on it.

CPU support list says that the 3900x is supported by all BIOS revisions for your motherboard ... check CPU for bent pins .. what video card are you running?

reseat your power connectors .. and RAM .. try with just 1 stick of RAM in slot A2 .. try pulling everything out of the case and running on a non-conductive surface/table and see if it boots
