" rel="nofollow - The BIOS chip shows 2.20 which is the initial BIOS revision.  There is no beeps or video output so i'm unable to get into the BIOS to do any kind of updating to support the new Kaby Lake which is my first guess at the problem.  I've ensured that the mobo CAN beep by taking out the ram so it at least isn't completely dead.

Any advise on how to proceed?

You need BIOS 7.00 or above to support Kaby Lake's.

With the correct BIOS version you should be good to go, let us know how it goes.

" rel="nofollow - Is there a direct number to contact Asrock? They haven't gotten back to me in a couple days (after the initial email with Stephanie). I'd like to get this corrected as fast as possible (miss being able to game!)

No direct phone number is available, currently.

The RMA department has handled BIOS chip requests in the past. This is the latest RMA information page:

Alright, I've given up.  Two support people have emailed me and neither of them respond in any timely matter. Going on a week here with only 1 email correspondence. Guessing I"ll just return the board and buy from someone else as this is disgustingly disrespectful and unprofessional for support to just ignore these requests for so long.
