" rel="nofollow - I recently upgraded from a FX-8350 and a Gigabyte GA-970-GAMING to a Ryzen 1600x and an Asrock AB350 Pro4, and after trying to enter Windows my mouse and keyboard aren't working. I've searched the forums a bit, and found nothing. I've not found any USB legacy options in the BIOS. How can I enable them?

" rel="nofollow - well, did u install usb drivers? as it sounds like that u are using some old windows without usb suport for this board (win10 is ok)
in case u cant install it because u cant move with your key/mouse...there are always ps/2 ports :)

Kerberos is right. You need the AMD chipset drivers, which contain the USB filter drivers.

Check for any exclamation mark devices in the device manager.

I have almost identical problem. Their is no exclamation mark in device manager. I guess the problem is more related to usb ports.

USB filter drivers don't pop up an exclamation mark in dev mgr, if they are not installed. For every AMD or Intel mobo you NEED to install the chipset and/or other mobo drivers.

" rel="nofollow - Which USB ports are you trying to use or have you tried them all?

PS. elserge82, could you include your system specs in your signature?

Yes. The ones that are not working 2 front usb 2.0 (port 1) , 2 front usb 3.0 (port 2) and the second  rear raw 2  usb 3.0. port 2 2.0 and 1 3.0 are not connected

Ok, so out of the 4 USB connectors on the motherboard you are using two (one of each type). Have you tried switching to the other available connectors? Another thing you could try is only using one of the USB 2.0 connectors from the motherboard and seeing if that makes a difference.

If none of the rear USB 3.0 ports are working, have you tried unplugging your keyboard and your mouse after Windows have booted and then plugging them back in? My old 970M Pro3 would occasionally not recognize my WLAN adapter or my mouse (one or the other) after startup and this would fix the issue.
