Intel P67 Extreme 6 + win 10 cpu 100% fake

   Hi, I'm trying Windows 10 in a VHD hard disk in my real machine (not virtualbox) and I've noticed that even after a clean install if I check the task manager I see that the system use 100% cpu...but it's a fake. It's not real because the most usage is for idle and then with Process explorer it's all right. The problem is only with the windows 10 task manager. I don't know if it's a problem linked to vhd usage or even when I will decide to upgrade from windows 7 it will be the same.
Do you know this problem?
