Found today a beta BIOS at Asrock Europe.
L1.24
Flashed it and finaly, my GEIL DDR4 3000 RAM is working at 2933 MHz
WITHOUT triggering the BLCK to 125MHz.
BLCK stays at 100MHz and only the RAMs runs at higher Speed.
All prior BIOS trigger the BLCK to 125MHz and my System wont boot.
124MHz did the magic and system boots up but stays allways overclocked.
Intel speedtstep is disabled.
V1.0, V1.1 and BIOS V1.2 are faulty.
I also had severe bootproblems with that versions.
The board forgets the workin UEFI Settings and boots, after switching off the power, straight into UEFI.
Repaced battery, BIOS B, there is no working setting for sure booting.
And the horrible boot time with my old Revodrive 3 X2.
Now, with the new Samsung SSD 951 NVME its normal, with enabled FAST boot Option.
The Revodrive worked flawless in my old X79 system and now in my wifes new PC with Asus X99-A/USB 3.1 board.
Currios, right?????
Suggest to all X99 Extrem4/3.1 to Flash this beta BIOS.
And last point,  i am very, very disappointed with my Asrock board.
My first and for sure, my LAST Asrock product.
Ist my mistake and mispurchase.
NEVER Asrock!!!
Will try now to go with this board till next hardware upgrade.
My seller want to replace it with an Gigabyte board during RMA.
But there is no need for RMA, the new one will be exact the same.
With all the unnecessary half-finnished and stupid errors i have mith my current board.
The internet is full off boot problems with this model.

Sorry, but i have no better rating for Asrock Extreme4/3.1.
Will see how the beta BIOS works, for now its much better.
Have a nice day and greetings from Switzerland.
