As title, there is always weird sound when playing videos, already reinstall win10, nothing different. I suspect the problem is relate to my board, any idea?

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. Regarding to this case, we provide some suggestions for verifying: 1. Please go to BIOS setup and load BIOS default settings via [F9] key. 2. Under OS environment, please uninstall the original Realtek Audio driver from Control Panel > Program and restart the system. Verify the sound quality with Windows 10 inbox driver. 3. Maybe see if your IO shield has proper connection to the case/ground
