First time Builder Question

This kit is compatible. Mileage may vary depending on the CPU's IMC however.

The X570 Phantom Gaming X?

There are a number of RAM kits rated at 3600 and over listed on it's Matisse QVL.

You also have to bare in mind that no motherboard QVL contains a complete list of
supported RAM models/frequencies. It would be highly impractical to purchase and
test every single RAM model on every single board model. There are far fewer
motherboard models (all manufacturers combined) than there are RAM models. On
top of that, if RAM works on one board model from a particular manufacturer it
will work on every variant of that board, like ASRock's top end Phantom Gaming
and Taichi typically are almost identical except for some 3rd party feature
differences.

The TLDR is that the best place to check for RAM support is always the RAM
product page QVL. These are typically more up to date and generally, if they list
one board from a manufacturer for a particular platform (Intel/AMD) it will
work on all of them.

Even here though, there is still no guarantee that it will work at it's rated
XMP (eXtreme Memory Profile) speed. That comes down to the CPU and how well it's
IMC (Integrated Memory Controller) handles overclocking. XMP is a RAM overclock.
Anything over the rated spec on the CPU specifications page is an overclock.
For Ryzen 3000 that is 3200mhz. That is all AMD is required to guarantee and even
there, there is individual RAM model limitations to factor in.

RAM, particularly DDR4, can be very confusing and cause a lot of headaches. You
have done the right thing in asking before just going and clicking add to cart
on the cheapest kit that meets your desired specs.

With AM4, particularly if you are going with an X570 board, the CPU's supported
RAM list is generally a safe bet. So, if GSkill lists AMD Ryzen 3000 support for
the model you are looking at, you should be good to go. GSkill have a good reputation
for accurate and reliable QVL lists.

is your first build it might be nice to know a little about how these things work
