H97m Pro4 randomly turns on.

   I have gone through UEFI and shut off all Wake, Smart is off, Dehumidifier function is off, but system still randomly will start itself up. Built two weeks ago.  Any Ideas?Specs:
MB: ASRock H97M Pro4
CPU: i7-4790
Cooler: Arctic 11i
Mem: Crucial Sport 1600 (8Gbx2)
Vid Card: ASUS Strix GTX 970
PSU: Corsair CX600M (Not a fan)
SSD: Crucial EX 240Gb
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
Case: Xigmatek cheap case for now.

	Disable Smart connect support in BIOS and leave RTC alarm at "By OS" value - at OFF value system still powers on at every 2 hours. Disable in Windows power management "Allow wake timers" to completely prevent random wake ups.
