No, it isn't compatible with 6th or 7th gen CPUs. Based on the fact that you are using a 4770T I am going to go ahead and assume Z77E-ITX is meant to read Z87E-ITX or Z97E-ITX or 4770T was meant to be 3770T.
In any of the above situations the answer is the same. If it is the Z97E-ITX then it can support a Broadwell (5th gen) CPU but the Z77 and Z87 will not. 6th and 7th gen CPUs are socket 1151 and are not backward compatible with sockets 1150 (Z87/Z87) and 1155 (Z77).
