Dear luzorzi5896, Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. At first, please check the AMD all in 1 driver is installed, and make sure the RGB function is set to enabled in BIOS. (Path: BIOS > Tool) At last, please install the ASRock RGB LED ver:1.0.21 utility to check if the LED color could be adjusted properly. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |

That above doesn't appear your issue I'm sorry to say. What processor did you get? Some of the lower Ryzen models DO NOT come with an LED equipped heatsink/fan assembly. |
