Maybe the RAM clock timings aren't separate?

Are you using the same RAM kit and just adding 16GB or is it another?

Go back to Bios 3.20.  The newer BIOS does not display clocks correctly in Windows.  It'll always show the stock base clock, which for the 1800X is 3.6.

If you want to use the newer BIOS, the overclock is actually working.

Not true, I'm running bios V4.4 and while yes it will say the base clock is 3.6, it will show actual clock at the correct value.

@OP: Are you using P-state overclock or are you using the ASRock OC mode?

I said newer.  4.4 is older now from what's been put out.

Look at his pictures.  He's clearly using ASRock setting and NOT AMD CBS.

4.4 and 4.6 are barely different.  They came out right next to each other and they both suffer the same problems.

There's a month apart, and they are very different.  Check AGESA info.
