Just built a new Pc with the ASRock gaming k4. I have the Ryzen 2600x a liquid cooler, 16gb DDR4 ram GSkill egg, GTX 1080ti. When I turn it on the lights all light up including the RGBs on the ram and the led behind the chipset on the motherboard. All fans turn on and spin at low speeds. But no display, nothing on the screen. I attached a sparkler to the motherboard. It occasionally, about once every 8 resets, beeps 1 long beep then 3 short. I looked this up. Some people said it?™s the graphics card but I tried it with a 960 from my old build, it didn?™t work. Other people said it?™s conventional, memory exception. A ram problem, I put the ram in different slots, made sure it?™s seated correctly, tried only one stick, to no avail. I can?™t locate the issue, I wanna say it?™s the ram or motherboard but it lights up fine, and all the other components seem to work. I?™m not sure what it could be. The only thing I can think of is possibly a standoff with no screw underneath it, but I honestly don?™t know.

I bet you it's the fact that you aren't running a bios capable of running the 2600x. You may need to flash your bios to one that enables support for the Ryzen 2 series CPUs.

ok a few thoughts 1 we have seen boxes saying updated bios that havnt actually been updated 2 try a different type of lead from gpu to monitor e.g display port or hdmi 3 post the actual model of ram eg tridentz ripjaws etc with the speed and timings so we can try and work out if ram might be an issue
