AB350 Gaming K4 problem with 970 PRO M.2

Dear All,
when I connect 970 to the board, boot up system only get a black screen.
But when I remove M.2 disk, everything returns to normal.
What?™s problem?
Pls help, thank.

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


Here are some suggestions for verifying:

1. Since Samsung 970 is an NVMe type M.2, please install it to M.2_1 slot. 
(If installed to M.2_2 slot, it will not work due to M.2_2 slot only supports SATA type M.2)

2. Since M.2_1 slot share lanes with PCIE4, please do not plug any device to PCIE4 slot.

3. Please plug only one stick memory to each slot by turns to verify.
