Wrong physically it's around 40c not 100c anyways I'm getting new motherboard soon.

can't feel any heat roughly means its loose as there is no heat transfer taking place -.-

Nothing is lost and when I touch the heatsink I can't feel any heat It looks the sensor is giving the motherboard wrong reads.
Why Making new thread is because every day I understand the problem better and get closer anyways still waiting for an answer from ASRock.... |

Please use this thread for your problem. This thread contains all your info and details so making new ones is not helping you.
As for your VRM temps, that is not normal. You should check your VRM heatsink and make sure it has not come loose. Honestly, I would return the board for a warranty replacement. If something came loose in transit you are better off getting a new one or at the very least, they will check that one out and sort it out under warranty. Unfortunately things like this happen sometimes, particularly with shipping. |

Haha it's auto This is actually why I,m here I found out the problem why it's the mobo Voltage regulator are too high!!!! I don't know why!

plus in your first picture i dont know why all the bars are set so low that might be the cause of the low frequency and lol @ showing me bios monitor page
