Got my apollo x6 working over the thunderbolt 3 port in my AIC pcie card through x99x fatality killer motherboard

Not sure if the picture uploaded, but it just doesnt show anything connected and says controller version is unknown. I read that it only shows the controller version when something is connected to the thunderbolt port.
Also read from amazon review that someone has it working with x99 extreme 4 motherboard... so it should work with mine too right? Since its pretty much the same board with the same TBT1 header. Also do where to get the hardware drivers for this card?

Hi

I just installed the thunderbolt 3 aic in the PCIE 3 slot on my x99x Fatality Motherboard. I enabled the thundebolt feature in bios. Also I have the latest bios (April 2019 version) installed.

Now, how do I check if my thunderbolt port is actually working? I am planning on buying a thunderbolt 3 audio interface and want to make sure I can actually use it when it gets here with my PC.
I installed the thunderbolt software and at the moment (nothing connected) it shows this in the "details" screen:

Is there a way to see if the thunderbolt pcie card is active somewhere else?

My configuration:
i7 6950x
asrock x99x fatality motherboard with latest bios
radeon rx480 8gb
64 gb ram
Windows 10 Pro with latest update
