I struck this freeze twice on 2 different fresh W10 1909 installs. First after an overnight automatic W10 update; the 2nd after inactivity. I have now done 5 fresh installs, 4x 1909, 1x 2004, because of hangs/delays when restating Windows (but not when shutdown/power on). I have just discovered that the delays are due to AMD SATA drivers 1.3.1.276 which 3rd party driver updaters recommended I install, but are not compatible. Are your IDE ATA/ATAPI SATA Controllers still using the original Microsoft installed one?

I had a similar issue with my daughters Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac.. except it was blue screening and rebooting .. I went to Intel's website and got updated WiFi drivers and no more blue screens .. using drivers off of ASRock's site I had issues

Whenever I was looking through event viewer, it was easy to tell when my pc froze bc the time on the pc would stop lol. There would always be a critical error for TileRepository issue

I think I fixed the issue by doing a clean reinstall of windows. As of last night the computer was having zero issues. I?™ll run it a bit more when I get home, but my guess was there was some old conflicting files from my previous build

You don't need the event viewer as it happens. You can check if after restarting the computer, to see if there is any errors or warning in the system category. I'd definitely check there for clues.

I'd also give a reinstall a go. Might not change anything, but at least you can start diagnosing the issue from fresh install.

I haven?™t tried memtest yet. When I built the pc, I reinstalled windows with the new cpu, but I have since changed the memory. Should I try and reinstall even tho it?™ll be using the same processor and drive as before? And when the issue happens I?™m not able to open anything like event viewer

Any information in Windows Event Viewer?
Have you tried running a memory diagnostic, like memtest86?
Also, tried simply reinstalling windows from scratch?
