Thank you for choosing ASRock. Regarding your case, please follow the steps to re-flash the RGB firmware. 1. Go to RGB app installation folder. C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin\ 2. Run WriteFW.BAT as administrator. Thank you! Yours truly, ASRock TSD |

Hi. i just bought this asrock b365m phantom gaming motherboard, i tried changing the lights color using polychrome sync app, it all works fine but there is something bothering me, that the lights behind this 'phantom gaming' text logo stays green no matter what color i changed, the other lights is syncing just fine, it changed the color i want except this 'phantom gaming' logo it just stays green. does this normal or i got a defected product? an answer will be much appreciated.
