Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. According to your question, we have some suggestions for you to verify: 1. Please enter BIOS setup and press [F9] to load BIOS default setting. 2. Under OS environment, please uninstall the original LAN driver from 1. Device Manager & 2. Control Panel>Program and then restart the system. After booting into OS, please install below LAN driver. http://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/X470%20Taichi/index.asp#Download 3. Reinstall a clean OS and then check if system can access to internet by Windows 10 inbox driver. 4. If possible, please connect your motherboard to another Ethernet environment to verify. Thanks! Dear All,
I reinstall windows 10 and then my LAN port lose connection, it shows X that means disconnect. I have connected another lan cable but still fail. System always don't recognize the internet cable. WHY? |
