Ryzen 3000 Temps.

I like to stick to air cooling, I know AIO liquid coolers can cool a bit more but they have a certain life then they stop working. Maybe 5yrs or a bit more. I might look into a bigger Noctua cooler and apply a few pea size dots instead of one big one :D

Graphene Sheet is slightly less efficient than standard thermal paste but we
are talking negligible variance here. It's thermal properties are technically
better but the nature of the material means slightly poorer thermal contact
between IHS, sheet and Heatsink. There has been a lot of testing done and the
general consensus is that it works about as well as average low to medium grade
thermal compound, certainly on par with pre-applied solutions.

What is works very well for is use cases where coolers/CPUs are changed
frequently while not suffering any worth while cooling penalties. It is also
very useful in systems than run 24/7 for long periods as it will not degrade
and become less effective over time. Personally I really like it, what you lose
in efficiency through the slightly less effective contact you more than make up
for with convenience and longevity. I can see it being widely adopted on GPUs
and prebuilt systems very soon. GPUs in particular are infamous for hardened
thermal compound causing inefficient thermal dissipation.

Hmm, I forgot about that I/O die oops :D I think I will buy a bigger air cooler from Noctua or Be Quiet and put 2 half size pea dots on the CPU instead of one ^)^ I'm using 2 120mm Corsair Fans: I'm not using thermal paste, I use Graphene Sheet 0.025mm thick vertical 15~20w/m.k, horizontal 1500~1800w/m.k

Close to 2500RPM they are great.

1 or 2 die ryzen 3000 has a gap in the middle between the IO die and the actual cpu chiplet so yeah i dont think dot in the middle is the best way to do it
