With your GeForce 520 installed, enter the BIOS and check if your onboard GPU is set to Auto or Disabled. If it is enabled, but you do not get video, you may want to check which BIOS revision you have and upgrade if necessary.

I just purchased a X570 Phantom Gaming 4 for use as a Media Server, I am running the AMD Ryzen 5 3400GCPU with 2x8Gb DDR4-3200 Ram (in A2 & B2).
The problem that I am having is when connecting HDMI to the Motherboard I get no video but if I install my NVidia Gforce520 into PCIE1, I get video through the Gforce. Any Assistance in getting the HDMI Port operational is greatly appreciated. |
