Dear Haverok,
Thanks for the reply. So even by force uninstalling the driver under the device manager, it will not work? Could you check if the MAC address is still there? Also, kindly try clear CMOS, to clear CMOS, please refer to page. 20 in the following link: https://download.asrock.com/Manual/Fatal1ty%20Z370%20Gaming%20K6.pdf With thanks, ASRock TSD Edited by ASRock_TSD - 07 May 2020 at 5:20pm |

Well, you gave me link to the older version of the drivers I already included in my original post and as expected, it doesn't work. And yes, router DOES work with all other devices at home, not only that but if we set our phones in router mode, the computer is unable to connect with them either. Cable is fine, I tried it with my pc and it works. And yes, the lamp is working.
I also tried to set the DNS and the IP on my own, but as you may guess, it didn't work. I'm running out of ideas... |

Dear Haverok,
Thank you for posting your query to the ASRock forum. Let me help you with this: Step 1. In the Win10, right-click the Start icon and go to the device manager. Step 2. Go to the Network adapters. Step 3. Right-click the Intel I219V/Intel I211AT and uninstall the device. Step 4. Install the LAN driver from the link below: http://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/Fatal1ty%20Z370%20Gaming%20K6/#Download Step 5. Restart the system. Just to be sure other devices work properly: -Kindy try with a different LAN cable. -Please try a different LAN port on the router. -To make sure that the route works, kindly try the router with a different system. If the problem persists, could you tell us if, when the LAN cable is connected to the LAN port, is the light on the LAN port showing? Hello!
My father used Asrock App shop to upgrade his z370 gaming k6 motherboard drivers and after restarting the system he discovered that his internet connection is gone. His ethernet cable or wireless adapter can still see the router, but he is unable to connnect to the internet. I tried: a) reinstalling or uninstalling his network drivers b) flushing his DNS c) restarting his TP/IP settings It's just like his network adapter lost it's ip configuration, but computer does not acknowledge this and acts like everything works normally. His network devices are: GIGA PHY INTEL I219V GIGA LAN Intel J211AT Neither of them can connect properly and I'm slowly out of ideas. By using the tool linked below I have estabilished that problem lies somewhere within TP/IP or DNS, but no standard solutions seem to work. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/22283/Intel-Ethernet-Adapter-Complete-Driver-Pack?product=82186 Any ideas? We don't want to resort to reinstalling, but so far everything has failed... |
