It is awesome that asrock support my question in the shortest time.
My friend borrow his M.2 and it cannot be detected on my board. so i think it is a DOA board, i will send it to my dealer. ![]() |

Dear Sheeon,
Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. There are some suggestions for you to verify: 1. Please refer to user manual page.27 to clear CMOS. http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/B450%20Pro4.pdf 2. Install PCIE M.2 SSD to each M.2 slot by turns to check. 3. If possible, please install WD green M.2 SSD to another system to check if it can work fine. 4. If possible, please install other SSDs to check if the M.2 slot is working fine. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |

Hi,
When i insert my new WD green nvme 1TB drive on this board, I cannot see it in BIOS UEFI. This is new one so I cannot believe the problem is M.2 itself. |
