Dear Laxus,
Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. We would like to provide some suggestions for you to verify. 1. Please refer user manual page.26 to clear CMOS. http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/A320M-DGS.pdf 2. Check the Internet cable is connected well. 3. If you are installing a Hub, please remove it and contact the LAN cable to Modem directly. 4. Re-install the LAN driver. http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Drivers/All/LAN/Realtek_LAN(v10035_05212019).zip 5. Please refer to below link to re-flash MAC address for your system. http://www.asrock.com/support/faq.asp?id=415 Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |

Dear All,
When I finishing install windows 10 works normally, but the onboard network card gives no signal. The LED on the LAN port no longer light up. I reinstalled windows10 and nothing happened. Everything else works, only network dead. Is it hardware faulty? Should I return computer service? Greetings, |
