Hello,
I don't understand, I make DeskMini A300 every day, also with the AX200 Do not know the problems. It can happen that the CPU cannot handle the preprogrammed SoC voltage. There are quality differences between APUs. Or the memory is not quite okay, then please check the memory with Memtest 8.4. |

Hi,
I have the same issue as @Xiaofu99. I tried to install the the latest driver with Intel Driver & Support Assistant. I tried to re-install the ax200ngw module and to check the antenna connection (but wifi is working perfectly) 2 times. Didn't tried to reinstall Windows 10 as this is a clean install with only the latest windows updates applied and a firefox install. Any suggestion with this issue ? |

Dear Xiaofu99,
Thank you for choosing ASRock. Regarding your case, we provide some suggestion to try. 1. Re-install the AX200NGW module. 2. Check the antenna connection. 3. Re-install a clean OS to try. Thank you! Yours truly, ASRock TSD |

Hi,
I just got a Asrock Deskmini A300 with Ryzen 3400G. The package comes with a dual USB front ports as well as a WiFi+Bluetooth M.2 Kit from Intel (AX200NGW). Everything works great with the exception of Bluetooth. When it's working fine, there's a blue Bluetooth icon appear on the bottom right of the screen. When problem happen, the Bluetooth icon will go missing and all my prior connected devices (mouse, keyboard, speaker) will cease to work. The only way is to perform a hard shutdown by pressing and hold the power button. Thereafter, press the power button to restart again. And I also realized that when the Bluetooth icon went missing, I tried to use a USB wired mouse. However, all the USB ports are NOT working with the exception of the front USB 3.0 port (in blue). I'm running on Windows 10 PRO 20H2 (19042.330) x64 version. I have also installed Intel Driver & Support Assistant to scan and update the Bluetooth drivers. Intel WiFi 6 AX200 160Mhz driver - v21.90.3.2 dated 5th Apr'20 Intel Wireless Bluetooth - v21.90.2.1 dated 22nd Apr'20 Any guide/suggestion in resolving this nagging issue? |
