Yup, sounds like it's going into the BIOS but the display signal is being routed
through a different output. |

So what happens when you try to go into the BIOS?
Does the system just boot into the OS or does it seemingly freeze at a black screen or at the ASRock POST logo? If it sticks at a black screen try the other display outputs from your GPU, sometimes a BIOS update can send the display signal to a different display output at POST. |

This post?
http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=16253&KW=&PID=79591&title=bios-17-bug-trx40-creator#79591 The only posts I delete on these forums are spam posts, duplicate posts and inflammatory posts that attack other users. As for the BIOS issue, have you tried pulling the CMOS battery and pulling power from the system to fully clear CMOS? I made a simple guide here: http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=630&title=how-to-clear-cmos-via-battery-removal Good luck. |
