Hello again!

It's been a while, but I didn't want to leave things unfinished.
Yesterday I built my PC again. I replaced the motherboard and the CPU. Now it's working fine.

Ah, ok. I'm only familiar with *Ubuntu live CDs, they don't have a safe mode option.

Out of interest, what Linux distro did you use?

I tried the live Linux, it restarts as soon as it tries to load. If I try live Linux with safe mode, it works fine.
I'll look into disabling automatic driver installation.
I also did look into the windows event logs, there are a bunch of errors there. I did read about code 41 being related to power, but I tried with a different power supply and the problem persists.

Well, that is _really_ perplexing. I only have suggestions at that point.

The fact that it doesn't restart while in safe mode seems like a lead.

You could:
- Inspect the windows Event Viewer. Look through the `Windows Logs` -> `System` tab for any Kernel-Power events. It may reveal something about the cause of the reboot.
- Try to completely disable automatic driver installation: https://superuser.com/a/983533 -- I still have a feeling it may be something related to drivers, and I know that safe mode prevents drivers from automatically installing.
- Try to boot some Linux LiveCD to see if it would run stable as opposed to Windows.

Another peculiar behavior: when running the CPU stress test in CPU-z the PC stays open, but as soon as I stop it, the PC restarts.

UPDATE: I managed to install the OS in the 2 minutes that the system works. Tested a new power supply, it still restarts, even if it stays idle.
When in BIOS and Safe Mode it works fine.

I did remove all drives except the one for the OS, also tried different drives, same behavior.
