New Build Problem With GPU

   Hi,
I'm building a gaming PC with my son and we ran into a problem. The PC is up and running and all the components are operating except for the GPU. I installed an ASUS GEFORCE GTX 1650 card. The card powers up, fans on the card spin but the OS does not see the card (we are using Windows 10). It's almost as if the motherboard does not see the card. 

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
