Dear Blitzeno,

Regarding your case, please download the firmware update tool from the following link to try.
https://download.asrock.com/TSD/Desktop/RGBFW/GPU/RX5500XT%20PGD%208GO.zip

1. Download and unzip the file.
2. Execute the command prompt as administrator.
3. Type "cd (The path where the file is located)" and press enter.
   e.g. cd C:\Users\User\Desktop\RX5500XT PGD 8GO.zip
4. Type "Update_RX5500_PGD.cmd" and hit enter to start flashing the RGB firmware of the graphics card.

Only difference is my graphic card model is:

Radeon RX 5600 XT Phantom Gaming D3 6G OC

can you give me the link to download and reset the firmware, please :D

Dear ASRock,

I've recently purchased your videocard as shown in title.
I'm happy with my purchase but one thing is taking away from the good experience.

I wanted to control the rgb light on the videocard so installed the given software for that. But when i open it, it says: "There is no graphics card and Asr USB LED Header!"

Then the light turns to green and says that way untill i restart my pc, then the rgb light just turns off and does nothing.

I have the latest drivers and everything.

I would like a solution to this so i can fully enjoy the otherwise really good graphics card.
