Who over tightened the screws?

Emailed ASRock support about the cover on their monoblock being completely shot out, and they've essentially told me that they don't care. They offered to replace the entire monoblock for ~$500. Enjoy some pictures of a monoblock cover that self destructed, and I may even post the email transcripts.

It's a $3 piece of material. They built it so poorly that it cracked itself out after very little heat. I didn't remove the cover, didn't drop it, didn't strike it, nothing. It sat in its box for almost a year. It has less than 20 hours power time. There's ZERO reason why this cover should cost me $500.

ASRock doesn't care about you. They don't care about supporting their products. They care about making the sale, and moving on. Disgusting.
