Neph, My dilemma is that I'm not sure higher bandwidth will give a big enough boost for recordings. 3x4 nvme is fast enough to get insanely good results. So maybe my question is better geared in the steinberg forums.

Well is speed read & Write needed for recordings?
Yes I think you can use any drive to be the boot drive. |

As I'm prepping to do my build (h570 steel legend), I'm hoping to get suggestions. I primarily am gearing for Cubase pro recording.
Should my pci-e 4 nvme drive be for recording or boot? Also, can any drive be the boot drive? Aug |
