Hi all,
I hope someone can assist me as I have installed a AMD 3950X on an ASRock Creator motherboard, populated the memory slots have tried to install the m.2 drive after removing the smaller heatsink and the Quick Installation Manual for the Creator mobo on page 50 quotes :

"Step 4
Prepare the M.2 standoff that comes
with the package. Peel off the orange
protective film on the nut to be
used. Then hand tighten the standoff
into the desired nut location on
the motherboard."

I only have two hex shaped nuts with threads and they do not seem to fit into the corresponding hole on the motherboard so I can secure the m.2

Have reported this to my dealer support who have suggested that I not bother to screw the m.2 down but simply slot it in, remove the sticky cover on the underside of the m.2 heatsink and stick it to that and then screw the m.2 heatsink down.
This does not seem right to me, have emailed ASRock Technical Support 4 days ago and have not had a response, so am trying this Forum to see if someone may have an answer or solution to my issue, this is holding up my build.
Any help would be most appreciated.
Thanks and Best Regards,

Lucky
